Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and retained according to your service agreement. You can request deletion of specific recordings or transcripts.
7) Analytics
We use analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand service usage. These services may collect IP addresses and device information using cookies. Review their privacy policies for details.
8) Sharing your information
We share data with:
- Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, telephony providers (under contracts limiting their use to our instructions)
- Integration partners: CRM systems, calendar services, and other tools you choose to connect (only with your explicit authorization)
- Legal/Compliance: when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- Business transfers: if we're acquired, merge, or sell assets, your data may transfer as part of the transaction

- Call recordings: according to your service agreement (typically 30-90 days unless longer retention is specified)
- Call transcripts and analytics: while your account is active
- Logs: short operational windows unless needed for security investigations
After retention periods, we delete or anonymize data.
11) Security
We use encryption, access controls, and other security measures to protect your data. Call recordings and sensitive business information are encrypted both in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, but we work to minimize risks. See our Security page for more details.
12) Children's privacy
Audyn services are not intended for children under 13 (or applicable age in your region). We don't knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
13) Your rights
Depending on location, you may:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request data portability (machine-readable copy)
- Withdraw consent where applicable
- Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link provided)
- Request deletion of specific call recordings
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
Additional rights include:
- Details about categories of data collected, sources, purposes, and recipients
- Deletion or correction requests
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (if collected)

14) Do Not Track
We don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals due to lack of industry standards.
15) Third-party links
Our website may link to external sites. Their privacy practices are independent—review their policies.

We'll update this policy as needed and post the revision date at the top. Material changes will be announced via on-site notice or email.
