Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and retained according to your service agreement. You can request deletion of specific recordings or transcripts.

8) Sharing your information

We share data with:

• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, telephony providers (under contracts limiting their use to our instructions)

Audyn services are not intended for children under 13 (or applicable age in your region). We don't knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

14) Do Not Track

We don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals due to lack of industry standards.
